- Description
- The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center Pearl Harbor intends on procuring technical and maintenance services from Asteroid Corporation on a sole source basis utilizing FAR Part 13.5 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). The resulting purchase order will cover on site maintenance and technical services for the AsterNet 7000 Series Automated Fuel-Handling Pollution Control System and Tank Monitoring Support Service. The system is located at the Red Hill Gauger Station and Bldg 59, Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Fuel Facility, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. The contractor shall provide all maintenance services required to inspect, repair, modify, or calibrate the AsterNet System; and technical services as required. The period of performance will be 01 May 2003 to 30 April 2004 base year, with four one-year option periods (in accordance with FAR 52.217-9). The complete solicitation for this requirement shall be available for release on 22 April 2003 and maybe found at the following website: www.neco.navy.mil.
