- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a small purchase order, on a sole source basis, to East/West Industries, Inc., 80 Thirteenth Avenue, Ronkonkoma, NY, 11779-6800. The purpose of this sole source order is to redesign the SKU-2 seat kit?s emergency oxygen interface with the On Board Oxygen Generating System (OBOGS). East/West Industries, Inc. is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the SKU-2 seat kit and the only known firm that possesses the required technical data and expertise required to meet the Governments needs. See numbered note 22.
