- NA The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, intends to negotiate on a Sole Source basis with Kvichak Marine Industries, Incorporated, 469 NW Bowdoin Place, Seattle, WA 98107, for a modification to Contract No. DACW61-02-C-0034 for various chan ges to supplies and services necessary to perform modifications to a Catamaran Survey Vessel. This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Competitive Proposals. No contract award will be made on the basis of this notice. This notice does not constitute a solicitation document. Requests for such documents will not be considered. However, all information received within seven (7) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered SOLELY for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a com petitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information received. The NAICS Cod e is 336612 with a size standard of 500 employees.
