- NA This acquisition is for Commercial Item/Services. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and services to accomplish cleaning and custodial services in the Outlet Public Use Area at Tuttle Creek Lake Project Office, Manhattan, Kansas. The period of performance is one base year (FY03) beginning May 1, 2003 through September 30, 2003, plus (2) two one-year options. The service period for Option Year I (FY04) is from April 1, 2004 through September 30, 2004. The service period for Optio n Year II (FY05) is from April 1, 2005 through September 30, 2005. The Government will award a contract from this request for proposals to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, cost or price and other factors, specified in the solicitation. This solicitation is open to both large and small business participation. The standard industrial code (SIC) is 7349. The NAICS Code is 561720. All responsible sources may submit an offer, whic h will be considered by this agency. The Solicitation package shall be available on or about March 21, 2003.
