- NA Work includes, but not limited to, providing all labor, transportation, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to accomplish various maintenance, repairs, alterations, construction, and demolition work to U.S. Government facilities in Okinawa, Jap an. Task orders for individual projects will be issued under this contract. The contract will consist of a Base Period and two (2) Option Periods. Each period is 12 months in duration. The estimated cost of the contract to include the base and 2-option per iods is between 1,000,000,000 Japanese Yen and 2,500,000,000 Japanese Yen. The solicitation will be issued on or about 28 April 2003. This procurement will be utilizing Electronic Bid Sets (EBS). The contractor is responsible for all shipping/handling char ges associated with the shipment of the solicitation (CD).
