- NA Facilitation of construction partnering meetings for various construction projects located within the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division?s mission boundaries. The proposed services will be obtained by a negotiated Firm Fixed Price Contract. Two indefini te delivery contracts will be negotiated and awarded with a base period not to exceed one year and two option periods not to exceed one year each. The amount of work in each contract period will not exceed $50,000.00. An option period may be exercised wh en the contract amounts for the base period or preceding option period have been exhausted or nearly exhausted. Work will be issued by negotiated firm-fixed-price or labor-hour task orders not to exceed the base contract amount. The contract is anticipat ed to be awarded in June 2003. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICs) code is 541990, which has a size standard of $6,000,000 in average annual receipts. This announcement is 100% small business set-aside. To be eligible for award, a fi rm must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Register via the CCR internet site at http://www.ccr.gov or by contacting the DoD Electronic Commerce Information Center at 1-800-334-3414. The facilitator will develop a workshop ag enda for review by the Huntington District. As a minimum the agenda will include a team building activity, discussion of issues and development of a partnering agreement and issue resolution ladder. The final agenda will be approved by the Huntington Dis trict. The facilitator will coordinate with workshop participants regarding issues. The facilitator will run the workshop and be responsible for providing materials for the workshop. The facilitator is responsible for providing minutes of the workshop. Follow up meetings will be performed periodically. These follow-ups will require all of the same items except for the development of a Partnering Agreement. The selection criteria for the first part of this particular project are listed below in descendi ng order of importance. 1. Technical evaluation will be based on: A. Specialized experience: Prior experience with facilitation of construction partnering meetings. Firm must demonstrate specialized experience in similar projects. B. Past performanc e: Performance on similar contracts in terms of quality of work and compliance with performance schedules. 2. After the technical evaluation, interviews or Presentations will be conducted with the most highly qualified firms. The selection criteria for part 2, in descending order of importance are: A. Describe the firm?s partnering philosophy. B. Sample agenda for an initial partnering workshop and a follow up meeting. C. Describe how the firm would facilitate initial partnering workshops for the H untington District. And, D Describe how the firm would facilitate partnering follow up meetings for the Huntington District. The final rating factor is 3. Cost. Documents will be available 22 April 2003.
