- NA The planned procurement is for Life Cycle Contractor Support Services (LCCS) for the High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS). The requirement is expected to be for performance based services, as a four year cost plus incentive fee that is a restrict ed sole source to Lockheed Martin Missile and Fire Control - Dallas (CAGE 64059). The Alpha process shall be utilized. The Alpha process to commence approximately 23 April 2003. Contractor's proposal with a performance work statement due NLT 1 July 2003 .
