PRON: AX3C0132AX, NSN: 1615-01-115-3609, PN: 145R3650-1, Quantity: 470 each plus t wo 100% options applicable to CH-47 Airframe. Destination with delivery to Texarkana, TX, and New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 470 each 375 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 238 DACA. Required delivery without FAT is 470 each 250 DACA. This is a Flight Safety Critical Item part. This item is restricted to Boeing Helicopter, CAGE 77272, Avibank Manufacturing, CAGE 84256 and SPS Technologies, CAGE 56878 because this part requ ires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part fro m the approved source(s). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessisng the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered b y the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests f or solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This acquisition contains Technical Data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC, SEC 2751 ET SEQ) or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC, APP 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470.
