- NA This project consists of furnishing all labor, material, equipment and supervision to replace the exterior pad mounted high voltage (4160 VAC) transfer switch beside Building 673, Sierra Army Depot, Herlong CA. This procurement is set a-side for the Small Business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) is 238210. The related small business size standard is $12.0 Million. The proposed performance period is 30 calendar days after notice to proceed. The magnitude of this proposed construction is under $25,000. Anticipated award date is May 1, 2003. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(7), avail ability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. The anticipated posting of this solicitation is April 7, 2003. All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing and may be faxed to 530-827-4722, Attn: Tracy Marin o. No telephone questions will be accepted. Notification of any postponements and any amendments to this solicitation will only be posted on this website.
