Description

NA This amendment is to update the original AFSI announcement for the Draft RFP for the NDCEE competitive action. A reminder - copies of the incumbent contract, DAAE30-98-C-1050, are available by submitting a FOIA request to The Office of Chief Advocate (OCA ), Attn: Ms. Suzanne Council, 5200 Army Pentagon, Washington, DC 20310, FAX # 703/693-5735. This is a notice for all interested parties to obtain an electronic copy of the subject Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) and Sample Tasks. The issue date of a d raft RFP is 8 April 2003. Interested firms may obtain electronic copies of the RFP at the following url - http://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/services/RFP1.asp. Questions/comments pertaining to the draft RFP should be sent via Email (the preferred medium) to Patricia.Denard@hqda.army.mil with a courtesy email copy to consuelo.reyes-salas@hqda.army.mil. Questions may also be sent via mail (2-3 week delay likely due to the mail screening process at the Pentagon) to the attention of Pat Denard, DSS-W, 5200 Army Pentagon, Washington, D.C. 20310-5200. The same address may be used for commercial overnight carriers such as FedEx, DHL, etc. No questions will be accepted via telephone. If you experience problems accessing the website, please notify us via Email. T his office must receive any questions on the Draft RFP no later than close of business, April 30, 2003. This is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract with an anticipated award date o/a 15 November 2003 for an estimated value of $350 million.
