- NA Furnish all labor, management, equipment, supplies, materials and other items necessary, except those identified as Government Furnished Property to manage and operate Youth Religious Support Activities Program that meet the religious requirements of soldi ers, families and authorized civilians. The primary goal of this program is to ensure the free exercise of religious preference, which is a statutory requirement under USC Title 10. The Government is contemplating a firm fixed price contract as a result of this procurement. The proposed contract will have a 12 month Base Year with no option years. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 624110. Business Standard Size is $5.0 million. This procurement is unrestricted and is open to all qualified individuals and business concerns.
