- NA The NETCOM Command has a requirement for nonpersonal services for local telephone exchange services for all Army National Guard station sites throughout the state of North Carolina. The proposed contract is for a base year with four one-year options. The local exchange services provider, certified by the state of North Carolina, shall provide local commercial communications service for all Army National Guard station sites throughout the state of North Carolina., which shall include, as a minimum but not limited to, business line service. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered. Sources responding to this requirement must indicate in writing, whether they are a large, small, disadvantaged and /or women-owned business. For t his acquisition, a concern will be considered small under SIC code 4813 with size standard of 1500 employees ? NAICS 517110. This requirement shall be a commercial, fixed price type contract. Solicitation is anticipated to be released on or about 7 April , 2003. The solicitation can be viewed and downloaded from the Interagency Business Opportunity Page.
