Description: The contractor shall provide labor, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and transportation necessary for pick-up, removal, and delivery of recyclable refrigerators and televisions, further referred to as scrap properties, listed in Appendix A of the Statement of Work, stored at the Defense Reutilization and Marketing Office (DRMO) at Camp Kinser, Okinawa, Japan, to an approved Government of Japan (GOJ) licensed recycler. NOTE: This solicitation is open only to thoses prospective offerors authorized to perform work in the country of Japan.
