- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation per FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This is a notice of the intent to procure computer software and commodities requirements. The following specs are required: See Attachment 1. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2000-7. FAR 52.212-1. 52.212-2 applies to this acquisition. Procurement is 100% set aside for small business. This offer shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable price. Additional applicable FAR and DFAR clauses: 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.212-2, 52.219-8, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.232-33. Offeror shall include a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications?Commercial Items, with their quote.
