- The Air Force Flight Test Center, Directorate of Contracting, Edwards Air Force Base California, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Instrumentation Technology Systems, 19360 Business Center Drive, Northridge, CA 91324-2034. The purchase order is to include Contract Line Item Number CLIN 0001: Four (4) Handheld GPS Synchronized IRIG B Time Code Generators. All responsible sources may submit a response, which if timely received, will be considered by the AFFTC.
