- Firm-Fixed Price Contract (FFP) to install Blast Resistant Window Film on (9) buildings with a total of 26,437.05 square feet of total window coverage to be delivered to Beale AFB, CA. The suggested manufacturer is Madico, Inc. Only bids for items that are equal to the specifications and provide the same or equal capability will be accepted. A site visit will be held on 11 Apr 2003 at 12:00 at Beale AFB, CA 95903. This solicitation is set-aside for small business concerns and is under NAICS 238150 with a size standard of $12 Million. In addition, this solicitation will use competitive Request for Quotation procedures and will only be available by downloading from the EPS web site. Quotes are due no later than 11:00 am (1100) 18 Apr, 2003. Contractors must be registered in the Centralized Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive a contract award from any DoD activity.
