- Description
- Provide Orthopedic Spinal Surgeons certified in Orthopedic Surgery by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery for services to include two part-time non-supervisory physicians staffing positions in the Orthopedic Surgery Service at the VA Medical Center, Minneapolis, MN. These positions will staff one (1) four-hour clinic per month and two (2) surgery days per month. Contract is for one twelve month period with options to renew for two additional twelve-month periods. This procurement is being conducted under a combination of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, Part 15 Negotiations, and Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and procurement of Enhanced Health Care Resources under Public Law 104-262 and 28 U.S.C. 8153. NAICS code 621111 applies with size standard of $8.5 million. The VA reserves the right to make multiple awards against this solicitation, if in doing so, it appears to be in the best interest of the Government. Electronic offers will not be accepted.
