- Description
- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate, on a SOLE SOURCE basis, with North American CLS, Inc. of Largo, Md. This procurement will be processed in accordance with the Commercial Item provisions of FAR Part 12. The purpose of this procurement is for continuing access to the ARGOS service. North American CLS is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required services. A Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition is on file. The period of performance is April 1, 2003 through March 31, 2004. See Note 22.
