- Description
- The Contactor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, and incidental supplies necessary for Hardin Ridge Recreation Area Bathhouse/Toilet, Residence, and Maintenance Building Renovations on the Brownstown Ranger District of the Hoosier National Forest in Monroe County, Indiana. Work will be performed on five (5) buildings. The work will include, but is not limited to the following work for each type of building shown. Bathhouse/Toilet Building work (three buildings): 1) Demolition of interior walls, fixtures, plumbing and electrical systems; 2) Installation of new interior walls, toilet partitions, toilet accessories, plumbing and electrical systems; 3) Asbestos abatement; 4) New siding (as needed), new screens and louvers; 5) Interior and Exterior painting; 6) New Door Hardware; and 7) Concrete sidewalks and ramps. Residence Work (one building): 1) Replacement doors and windows; and 2) New vinyl siding, soffit and fascia. Maintenance Building Work (one building): 1) Remove existing roof; 2) Install new roof trusses, decking, vents, metal roofing, flashing, drip edge and felt paper; 3) Install new vinyl siding, soffit and fascia; 4) Replace doors; and 5) Paint concrete block of building. This solicitation will be advertised using the sealed bidding format and a 20% bid bond is required. One contract will be awarded for all items. This solicitation will be available both electronically and hard copy. The solicitation documents include full-size drawings/plans that will be available hard copy only.
