- AMENDMENT: TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE IS REMOVED. Refuse collection and disposal services on the North Umpqua and Diamond Lake Ranger Districts; Work includes providing approximately 58 containers (1.5 cubic yard) at 23 locations, completing approximately 1780 container collections using a pre-determined schedule and disposal of all refuse in conformance with the Douglas County Solid Waste Disposal Ordnances and related local, state and federal law; Collection sites are recreation areas and federal facilities on National Forest lands east of Roseburg, Oregon; All sites are subject to variation in quantity based on actual usage needs; The anticipated services cover April through November; This project includes terms covering four additional option year periods; This Request For Proposals requires completion of a Questionnaire related to equipment, staffing, and past performance history; Evaluation criteria include technical capability and past performance history in addition to price; NAICS Code 562111; Solicitation documents will be posted to FEDBIZOPS website when available.
