- Description
- This solicitation is for remodeling of existing offices on 5 floors of the existing Medford Post Office Building located at 333 West 8th Street, Medford, Oregon, to accommodate additional employees. Work includes removal of walls and doors; installing new walls, windows and doors; painting; installation of duplex receptacles, switches, lighting, and telecommunication ports; and patching of carpeting. Work is to be accomplished on weekends and/or after regular working hours during the regular work week in order to minimize disruption of workplace activities. Price Range: Between $100,000 and $250,000. A Bid Guaranty is required. The successful contractor shall also be required to submit Performance and Payment bonds prior to start of work. The solicitation packet will be posted in FedBizOpps on or about April 11, 2003. Hard copies of solicitation and drawings will not be available.
