- Sources having the ability to provide OUT-PATIENT assessment and counseling services in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area for the drug abuse treatment of male and female Federal offenders (inmates) held under the authority of various United States Statutes. Performance period under this contract will be for a one year base period to begin on March 1, 2004 with four (4) one year option periods, with service ending (if all option years are renewed) on February 28, 2009. The services required for this contract include: Base Period: March 1, 2004 to February 28, 2005. Estimated Number of Inmates 13. (5) Intake Assessments (one per inmate); Individual Counseling Sessions (one hour session twice a month per inmate) 48 Individual units x 13 inmates = 624 total units; Group Counseling Sessions (one and half hours sessions weekly per inmate) 144 Group Units x 13 inmates = 1,872 total units, Option Year One: March 1, 2005 to February 28, 2006. Estimated Number of inmates 13. (2) Intake Assessments (one per inmate); Individual Counseling Sessions (one hour session twice a month per inmate) 48 Individual units x 13 inmates = 624 total units; Group Counseling Sessions (one and half hours sessions weekly per inmate) 144 Group Units x 13 inmates = 1,872 total units. Option Year Two: March 1, 2006 to February 28, 2007. Estimated Number of inmates 14. (6) Intake Assessments (one per inmate); Individual Counseling Sessions (one hour session twice a month per inmate) 48 Individual units x 14 inmates = 672 total units; Group Counseling Sessions (one and half hours sessions weekly per inmate) 144 Group Units x 14 inmates = 2,016 total units. Option Year Three: March 1, 2007 to February 29, 2008. Estimated Number of inmates 14. (6) Intake Assessments (one per inmate); Individual Counseling Sessions (one hour session twice a month per inmate) 48 Individual units x 14 inmates = 672 total units; Group Counseling Sessions (one and half hours sessions weekly per inmate) 144 Group Units x 14 inmates = 2,016 total units. Option Year Four: March 1, 2008 to February 28, 2009. Estimated Number of inmates 15. (6) Intake Assessments (one per inmate); Individual Counseling Sessions (one hour session twice a month per inmate) 48 Individual units x 15 inmates = 720 total units; Group Counseling Sessions (one and half hours sessions weekly per inmate) 144 Group Units x 15 inmates = 2,160 total units. The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT) Statement of Work, dated November 16, 1999. The estimated closing date is o/a July 10, 2003. All responsible sources may submit an offeror which will be considered by this Agency. The RFP 200-795-NC will be posted o/a May 6, 2003.
