Description: Notice of Intent. The U.S. Customs Service intends to award, on a sole source basis, to the InterContinental Hotel, 100 Chopin Plaza, Miami, FL an order for meeting room space package for 600 attendees. The seminar dates are April 21, 22, 23 and 24, 2003. Requirements are meeting room space with a/v capabilities, classroom set-up, 6 breakout room with a/v capabilities. While not a part of this request, lodging for out of town attendees is required. This notice of intent is not a solicitation for competitive proposals. See numbered note 22.
