LOCATION:South of highway 518, North of S. 216th, East of highway 99 and 25th Avenue S., West of I-5, military road and 42nd avenue.REQUIREMENT:Specific services, supplies and tenant improvements are to be provided as part of the rental consideration.TERM: Lease term will be 5 years, 3 years firm.
