- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC) Keyport WA requires 20 each pre-production samples plus 800 each production units of Molding Plastic, Thermosetting, Wiper Ring Assemblies conforming to Navy lead drawing 2064216 Rev G and associated drawing 2509019 Rev K. FOB Destination: Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, Keyport, WA 98345. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination. This requirement will be procured under FAR Part 12 simplified commercial acquisition procedures. When issued, the RFQ will be posted electronically on the NUWC Division Keyport, Acquisition Division website. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFQ. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. It is anticipated that the solicitation package will be available for download via NUWC Division Keyport website (http://kpt-eco.kpt.nuwc.navy.mil) on or about 14 April 2003. Award will be made on, or about 5 May 20033. Phone requests for the solicitation package will not be accepted. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFQ/amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same. After downloading the solicitation, firms interested in submitting quotes must: (1) complete the pricing, (2) complete all representations and certifications found in the solicitation, and (3) ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov).
