- Description
- The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and incidental supplies necessary for the Construction of Two Low Water Crossings on the Jonesboro and Murphysboro Ranger Districts of the Shawnee National Forest in Jackson and Union Counties, Illinois. The work shall consist of 1) Removal and disposal of the existing structures; 2) Construction of a new concrete structure with removable metal grate decking; and 3) Miscellaneous site work. A pre-bid meeting will be held at a date, time, and location to be announced in the solicitation. The contract performance period is 120 calendar days after the issuance of a Notice to Proceed. The Technical Contact for this project is Anthony Kirby, 618-253-1056. This project will be solicited using sealed bidding procedures and a bid bond of 20% will be required. The estimated dollar value of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. This solicitation will be available both electronically and hard copy. The solicitation documents include drawings/plans that are available hard copy only.
