- Horseshoe Bend Campground reconstruction on the North Umpqua Ranger District 50 miles east of Roseburg, OR; Work includes construction of a new water distribution system by means of boring new lines, remodel of two comfort stations to meet ADA standards including paved access, reconstruction of campsites and paved parking spurs, treated wood barrier removal, relocation, and installation, tree and stump removal, boulder relocation, rock wall construction, miscellaneous related campsite improvements; The allowable performance period is 365 calendar days; This is a Request For Proposals; In addition to price proposals, Offerors are required to complete a Questionnaire; Detailed Technical Proposals are not required; Technical proposal elements include general technical capability, project sequencing, and past performance history; Award evaluation criteria include technical approach, user disruption mitigation, and past performance history in addition to price; Award may be made without discussions; This project may include option items for additional related work; The project magnitude is in the range between $100,000 and $250,000; NAICS 234990; Hard copies of this solicitation and the associated drawings are not available.
