Unrestricted. See Numbered Notes23 & 26. FOB Destination. Inspection/Acceptance at Origin with Quality Assurance Provision B01. ABVS applies. Total quantity is 571 each, to be delivered to Anniston, AL. Delivery - 442 days ARO or best possible delivery. 100% option to increase quantity is included. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is April 24, 2003.
