- The 30th Space Wing, Vandenberg AFB, CA, is soliciting offers to clean supply and return air handlers and all associated ducts for (3) buildings. The contractor will provide all non-personal services: furnish all parts, labor, tools, materials, supervision, and facility, (no government-furnished property) and transportation necessary to provide the service. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation reference numbers is F5CERF22550100 and will be issued as a request for quotation. This solicitation incorporates Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-12. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561790 and the size standard is $6 million. This solicitation is set aside for small businesses. This solicitation will have three CLINS as follows: CLIN 0001 is to clean supply and return air handlers and all associated duct throughout the entire facility building 738. The contractor will need to install access doors before and after each coil (if any) and before turn vanes. Will need to install ports in the bottom of duct for inspection. The total square footage and usable space for the facility is 9,216. CLIN 0002 is to clean supply and return air handlers and all associated duct throughout the entire facility building 730. The contractor will need to install access doors before and after each coil (if any) and before turn vanes. Will need to install ports in the bottom of duct for inspection. The total square footage and usable space for the facility is 9,216. CLIN 0003 is to clean supply and return air handlers and all associated duct throughout the entire facility building 8401. The contractor will need to install access doors before and after each coil (if any) and before turn vanes. Will need to install ports in the bottom of duct for inspection. The total square footage and usable space for the facility is 9,216. This service is being procured under, and will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. The provision at FAR 52.212-1-- Instructions to Offerors- Commercial Items (Oct 2000) apply to this acquisition. Quote is valid for 60 days from the date of the quote.
