- The Hat Creek Ranger District, Lassen National Forest intends to acquire services for California Spotted Owl Surveys. These surveys will be conducted to protocol using the Broadcast Acoustical Method. This solicitation will be available on or around February 25, 2003. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (25-FEB-2003). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 01-APR-2003.
