Material: Aluminum Alloy, Function: Prop balancing wiring set, Applicable: C-130 Aircraft. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated to Chadwick-Helmuth Co., Inc., El Monte CA. Government's required delivery is 31 July 2003. Approximate issue date is 5 February 2003 with a response date of 7 March 2003. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). Justification: Supplies or services are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
