- Description
- This is a notice of intent to issue a sole source contract with Enhanced Performance Systems, Inc.,San Diego, CA to provide performance enhancement training including psychological testing and workshops; development of tailored feedback reports and consultation regarding student performance strnegths and vulnerabilities. The contractor will be responsible for administering, scoring, interpreting and providing feedback using ?The Attentional and Intepersonal Style? inventory. This is an instrument that measures important psychological components of performance. Responses provide information that indicates what makes participants successful as well as what underlies their mistakes when they must perform in highly stressful situations. The Contractor will also develop feedback reports tailored to the Government needs. The Period of Performance is 1 October 2003 through 30 September 2004 with four (4) one year option periods. Offerors who can furnish the required services, may submit, in writing, a proposal substantiated by technical information, pricing and Past Performance indicating capability to perform this task and satisfactory performance on similar projects. All responses must be received within not later than 29 April 2003. All responses from responsible sources submitting the required information will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the Contracting Officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. Any such solicitation will be issued to the intended vendor and all firms that respond to this synopsis of intent. A request for solicitation will not be considered and an adequate response to the synopsis, but, if a solicitation is issued a copy will be provided to such requestor. No contract award will be made on the basis of any responses to this notice. SEE NOTE 22****
