- Description
- The US Special Operations Command intends to award a contract for the development and production of a variant of an Anti-Structure Munition round for the 84mm M3 Carl Gustaf Recoilless Rifle to Saab Bofors Dynamics, Karlskoga, Sweden, on a sole source basis under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source. Saab Bofors Dynamics is the manufacturer of the M3 and the US Government does not own the data rights to this weapon system. The anticipated award date is 30 Apr 2003.
