- The Virginia Contracting Activity on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order to The William R. Nelson Institute for Public Affairs, James Madison University, to organize three off-site seminars for US Government intelligence analysts on the role of political Islam in the Near East and Central Asia. The requirements of the seminar will include seminar speakers, pre and post seminar materials, lodging, meals, and transportation.. Responses to this synopsis should reference PR 655-0081Z-03. Interested parties have 5 business days from the publication date of this synopsis to submit their qualifications-capabilities. Such qualifications-capabilities will be used soley for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis.
