- Description
- Anticipated Issue Date: 4/4/2003. Duration: BASE PERIOD 04/15/2003 through 03/31/2004 and two option periods to expire on 03/31/06. Contractor shall provide all tools, parts, labor, materials and transportation necessary to furnish cart cleaning/maintenance on various types of an estimated number of shopping carts at the Buckley AFB Commissary, Colorado, USAF Academy Commissary, Colorado, and the F E Warren AFB Commissary, Wyoming. The request for quotation will be released on or about April 7, 2003. This Request for Quotation is 100% small business set-aside. Only written requests will be accepted by facsimile or email and must contain the following information: request for quotation number, requestor's name and address, business size, telephone number, facsimile number, email address (if available), DUNS number, CAGE code and TAX ID number. All responsible sources may submit a request for a copy of the Request for Quotation to Paula Bolster by facsimile at 804-734-8598 or email request to paula.bolster@deca.mil. By submission of pricing, the contractor is acknowledging the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to any award of this request for quotation. Furthur information about registration may be found on the Internet at www.ccr.gov. All responsible sources may submit pricing, which will be considered for award. See Numbered Note(s) 1, 2, 26.
