Description

IRS Albany - The government is seeking new space, approximately 4,225 usable square feet of office space, storage area, break room area, computer area, distance learning area, maps and technology area, conference and training area. Delineated Area: The space must be locate in the Albany, Georgia area, bounded within or fronting the following streets: North to County Boundary, West to N Slappy Blvd, South to Oakhaven Dr., East to Front Street. This area encompass the 31701 zip code. Other considerations: Offerors should consider the costs for relocation, telecommunications and tenant improvements as well as the capability of providing alternate/backup power for the computer data center. Required: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Occupancy: The space is required on or before January 4, 2004.
