- Description
- This is a notice of intent to issue an order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-00-G-0231 with Lockheed Martin Systems Integration ? Owego (LMSI-O), 1801 State Rt. 17C Owego, NY 13827-3998 on an other than full and open competitive basis in order to provide for System Development and Demonstration of the Airborne Mine Countermeasures (AMCM) Block 2B sensor systems for the MH-60S aircraft. The Block 2B mission sensor systems are the Airborne Mine Neutralization System (AMNS), Organic Airborne and Surface Influence Sweep (OASIS), and Rapid Airborne Mine Clearance System (RAMICS). This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. LMSI-O is the sole developer of the AMCM Sensor Systems and therefore the only source with the prerequisite knowledge, experience, and technical data necessary to continue the development of the system.
