- MSC intends to award an IDIQ contract for a base and a 4 year option contract for cleaning, scaling and painting of interior and exterior deck surfaces aboard various MSC vessels. Request request for proposals (RFP) is restricted to HUBZONE Businesses in Hampton Roads, Va area and they are encouraged to submit propsal for this requirement.
