- Description
- NA Darnall Army Community Hospital, Fort Hood, TX has a requirement for spine surgical implants and specialized instruments required for the implantation and removal. All implant trays must be delivered no later than 2100 hours the night prior to surgery. C ontractor must have a representative present during surgery for technical assistance and must give an in-service regarding their implant system to the hospital operating room staff every six months. There will be no charge for implants that fail under nor mal surgical use and there will be no rental fee for instruments that are loaned for use with a specific implant. Period of performance is date of award through 30 Dec 03. Requests for the RFQ must be in writing and reference RFQ No. DADA09-03-T-0278. A ward to be made on or about 18 Apr 03.
