NA The purpose of this amendment is to provide a more complete description of the acquisition and correct the classification code under which this synopsis was previously published. This synopsis was incorrectly published under classification code 99 - Misc ellaneous. The U.S. Army CECOM intends to award a five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with firm fixed price line items for Ultra Lightweight Camouflage Net System (ULCANS). The acquisition will also include a line item for the development of other versions of ULCANS IAW Performance Specification 53134 Rev D. This acquisition will be conducted und er Full and Open Competition Procedures. Award will be made using the trade-off process. This acquisition has been determined to be on the United States Munitions List, which means it is under the control of the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (I TAR). In addition, this solicitation document will contain information that has been designated Militarily Critical Technical Data. Only Offerors that have been certified by the Department of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, and h ave a valid requirement may have a copy of the Controlled Technical Data. All requests for copies of the Controlled Technical Data must include a certified copy of DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement.
