Box 16858,Philadelphia, PA 19142-0858 (CAGE 77272),Ozone Industries Inc.,101-31 101ST St.,Ozone Park, NY 11416(CAGE 33068),W&G Machine Co.Inc., 4 Hamden Park Dr,P.O. Box 6187,Hamden,CT 06517(CAGE 33682,and APEX MFG Co., P.O. Box 9369, 11686 Tuxford St., Sun Valley, CA 91352(CAGE 2V343),F.O.B. Destination with delivery to DEF Dist Depot Red River Receiving Bldg. 499,10th Street&K Avenue, Texarkana, TX 75507-5000.Required delivery with First Article Testing is 52 each, 540 Days After Contract Award (DACA).The First Article Test Report is due 348 DACA.Required delivery without First Article Testing is 52 each,360 DACA.This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part.Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s).The approved source(s) retain data rights, manufacturing knowledge, or techni cal data that are not economically available to the Government, and the data or knowledge is essential to maintaining the quality of the part.An alternate source must qualify in accordance with the design control activity's procedures, as approved by the c ognizant Government engineering activity.The qualification procedures must be approved by the Government engineering activity having jurisdiction over the part in the intended application.All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be consider ed by the agency.The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.This acquisition contains technical data whose export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) Executive Order 121470.This information can not be released outside the United States Without Prior Appr oval of the Government.
