- NA Due to the increased tempo of military operations, we have postponed the 4th Annual National Guard Bureau IT Conference that was originally scheduled to be held at the Riviera Hotel in Las Vegas, NV April 28 - May 1st until the Week of November 17-21, 2003 . The 4th annual conference will take place on November 17 ? 20, 2003 in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Riviera Hotel and Casino. November 16 and 21 are travel days. This Conference is a Joint Service Conference and is supported by the Air National Guard, and th e Army National Guard. IT Management representatives from all 54 States and Territories within the ARNG, ANG, NGB, and other federal agencies will get together to review the various IT structures within, and related to, the National Guard's dual role (Sta te and Federal). They will also discuss opportunities for integrated solutions and collaboration with other federal agencies on potential combined solutions for the future of Homeland Security. This is the first year vendor exhibits have been coordinated in conjunction with the conference. The exposition will open Monday evening, November 17, 2003 with a reception and end November 19, 2003.
