- NA DESC: Provide all labor, management, equipment, supplies, material, and other items necessary, except for Government provided items as identified, to provide Vehicle Inspection Services in accordance with the Statement of Work located at Fort Polk, Louisi ana. The Government is contemplating a firm-fixed price contract. The proposed contract will have a twelve-month base period, with two twelve-month option periods. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for HubZone Small Business Concerns. Standard In dustry Code (SIC) for this project is 7381. The NAICS code is 561612. Business Size Standard is $10.5 million. The Government will award a contract resulting from this Request for Quote (RFQ) to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the RFQ will be most advantageous to the Government. The following factors will be used to evaluate quotes: Price and Past Performance. Quotes must be received no later than 4:30 p.m. CST, on 11 April 2003.
