- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number F25600-03-T-0040 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-12. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423830. The business size standard is 500 employees. Offutt AFB intends to issue a purchase order for providing (2) hoists/cranes and the furnishing of labor, equipment, and materials in performing all operations in connection with the installation of the overhead cranes. The Statement of Work/Specifications for this RFQ is attached as a separate document. The requested date of delivery (to include installation) is 15 Jul 03. Price will be the only evaluation factor. THE CONTRACTOR MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR) PRIOR TO AWARD. IF NOT ALREADY REGISTERED IN CCR, GO TO WWW.CCR.GOV TO REGISTER PRIOR TO SUBMITTING A QUOTE.
