- Description
- The VA Healthcare Network Upstate New York at Albany, NY is seeking to contract with local established hospitals, ambulatory care facilities and/or practice groups in Troy, New York area who have the qualifications, experience and expertise in providing quality primary care medical services. These services shall be provided to veteran beneficiaries residing in Renssalaer County. The offeror/basic provider shall provide complete primary care services in a private hospital or clinic environment. The proposed contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. Offerors who have the ability to provide these services shall submit a WRITTEN REQUEST ONLY for the solicitation package to: Richard Barton (90NCA), Stratton VA Medical Center, 113 Holland Avenue, Albany, New York 12208.
