- Quotes are being requested by the Federal Highway Administration Simplified Acquisition Department with the intent to procure 2 each metal/wood bridges. Solicitation DTFH70-03-Q-0013 is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, the acquisition of commercial items and in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation evaluation and award as prescribed in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; additional information can be viewed at the solicitation link to this notice. Quotations are being requested and a hard copy solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quotation is unrestricted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332312 with a size standard of 500 employees. Items contained in this solicitation are for delivery as stated in the specifications. FAR Provisions and Clauses may be viewed and/or downloaded from http://www.arnet.gov.far/. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. Quotations are due April 22, 2003. Estimated price is between $25,000. and $175,000. Paper copies will not be available. Telephone request will not be honored.
