- Description
- The Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and other resources necessary to complete this project. The work includes but is not limited to demolition of existing heating, ventilating, and air conditioning system and provide new heating, ventilating, and air conditioning system at the Sioux City Substation, Plymouth County, Iowa. This solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. All responsible business concerns may submit a quote which shall be considered by this Agency. Estimated construction magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation will be issued on or about April 16, 2003 and quotes will be due on or about April 30, 2003 by COB. Estimated completion date is forty-five (45) calendar days after receipt of a notice to proceed. Interested bidders must e-mail, fax, or mail the Contract Specialist to request the specifications and applicable drawings. DO NOT post any questions or responses to this IFB on IIPS. Any questions or responses posted on the IIPS that concern this IFB will NOT be considered during the evaluation and award process.
