- Description
- Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with Pacific Identifications, Inc. for the office of National Marine Mammal Laboratory (NMML) in Seattle, WA. The purpose of proposed contract is for identification of fish remains (bone, teeth, cartilaginous elements and otoliths) extracted from Stellar Sea Lion and Northern Fur Seal Feces and regurgitations using reference collections specimens. The vendor has over 24 years experience analyzing biological and archeological material with particular expertise in a broad range of fish species from the North Pacific Ocean and has extensive knowledge of NMML's project and database format. This notice may represent the only official notice. Requests for solicitation will not be honored. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $100,000.00.
