- THE SOLICITATION FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE POSTED FOR REVIEW AND PRINTING ON FEDBIZOPPS APPROXIMATELY APRIL 18, 2003. The project consists of the construction of various sizes of high density polyethylene waterline, a fiberglass underground storage tank, and a precast concrete utility building (pump house); plumbing appurtenances, valves and valve boxes, venting and drainage piping, thrust blocks, rodent proof drains, electrical and control systems, site work, aggregate surfacing, bedding, tunneling and jacking, government furnished hydropneumatic pressure tank and related controls, removal and disposal of existing structures and clean-up. The project is located at the Garden Valley Work Center, the work center can be accessed via Forest Highway #24, approximately 2 miles east of Garden Valley, Idaho. The est. price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. The NAICS code is 237110. The size standard is $28.5 Million. The estimated start work date is June 01, 2003, with 168 calendar days for completion. This proposed procurement is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, which is not a small business set aside.
