Identify to MIL-STD-130K, dated 15 Jan 2000. NSN is procured as fully competitive. Item is used in a mercury free environment and must adhere to the requirements as specified in mercury free drawing 13873-03-0001. A copy of this drawing is available at DSCR and can be obtained via internet at website: http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. Direct access to defense and federal specifications, standards, and related standardization documents is available on the internet via http://assist.dapsmil or http://www.dodssp.daps.mil. Soliciting for an indefinite quantity contract (IQC) with a base year and four option years. Estimated annual quantities, annual guaranteed minimums, and stated maximum quantities vary with each NSN. Surge and sustainment is applicable to 9 of 10 NSNs and will be explained in detail in the solicitation. FOB destination. Inspection/acceptance at origin. QAP-B02. AVBS applies. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is 4/30/03.
